Seven kinds of work, one crew.

From a single ceiling to a top-to-bottom remodel, the same hands stay on your project.

  • Popcorn ceiling removal

Our specialty. Dust-controlled removal, a skim coat, and a smooth, modern ceiling above every room.

Crew member skim coating a ceiling inside plastic dust containment
  • Drywall and repair

Patches, full hangs, water damage and texture matching. Repairs that disappear into the wall.

Crew member sanding a wall smooth with a dust-collecting sander
  • Interior painting

Full prep, clean lines and a color consult included, so the finish looks intentional.

Owner-run, on site.

The owner runs every job herself. She quotes it, walks the site and answers the phone.

The person who prices your project is the one making sure it gets done right, from the first walkthrough to the last day.

Four steps, no surprises.

From the first call to the final walk, you know what happens next at every stage.

  1. Walkthrough

We come to you, look at the space and listen to what you want. No pressure to sign anything on the spot.

  2. Written quote

A written, itemized estimate. The number you sign is the number you pay.

  3. The work

Same crew, dust control, and daily cleanup. Your home stays livable while the work is happening.

  4. Final walk

We walk the finished space with you before we call the job done, not after.

Before you call

What areas do you serve?

We work throughout Miami and South Florida, including Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach and Boca Raton. If your address is close to that list, call and ask.

How does the quote process work?

We start with a walkthrough of the space, then send a written, itemized quote you can read line by line. There is no obligation to move forward after the walkthrough.

Do you take on commercial jobs, or just homes?

Both. We renovate houses and condos, and we also handle commercial buildouts such as offices, hotel corridors, lobbies and high rise common areas.

How messy is a renovation, and how do you handle dust and cleanup?

We use dust control practices during demolition and sanding, and the same crew cleans the site daily rather than leaving debris until the job ends. You should not be finding dust in every room a week later.

Could my popcorn ceiling contain asbestos?

Textured ceilings installed before the mid-1980s can contain asbestos. We recommend having a sample tested by an accredited lab before any scraping begins. If a test comes back positive, removal needs a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, which is different work than standard popcorn ceiling removal.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope. A single ceiling or a small patch job moves much faster than a full bathroom remodel or a multi room repaint. We give you a timeline as part of the written quote once we have seen the space.

Do I need to be home while the crew works?

Not necessarily. We can talk through access and scheduling during the walkthrough, and many clients coordinate access with us and check in at the end of the day.

Who does the work, your crew or subcontractors?

The same crew works your job from first walkthrough to final walk, and the owner is on site.
